One Mother's Victory is All Mother's Victory

The last time I saw my son, Yasiin, was on September 4, 2024. Prior to that, I was granted court-ordered supervised visits from September 3, 2023, to December 7, 2023. These visits were unjustly imposed after Yasiin’s father falsely accused me of forcing our son to breastfeed. As a result, I was ordered to pay $500 per week to see my own child for only 16 hours weekly.

After December 7, 2023, the visits ceased entirely. The court denied my emergency hearing, even though the supervising agency took my payments, failed to provide the services, and made no effort to communicate or reschedule. I submitted formal complaints, but all were ignored.

​In pursuit of justice, I filed a federal lawsuit. Unfortunately, it was dismissed with prejudice in March 2025 after I submitted an amended complaint. I later realized that what I submitted wasn't done properly. I’ve been handling everything on my own for the past two and a half years, and I understand that I need professional help.

Since then, I’ve called upon divine assistance, and aligned with a human rights organization. I now have legal support that I trust—at a fraction of the cost of the typical exploitative attorneys so many of us are forced to rely on.

As many of you know, my website and social media pages are often monitored by Yasiin’s father and those aligned with him, attempting to sabotage my progress in court. Because of this, I cannot share updates publicly. I also refrain from discussing this with family or close friends, due to concerns over unintentional leaks and misplaced trust.

What's next?   M O T I O N.  Me and the team assisting me now, are preparing with a undefeatable strategy. All filings are being collected from all courts involved, Delaware Family Court, New York City Family Court, Riverside California Family Court and Delaware District Court and we are ensuring that this time all my documents and evidence are filed correctly!
