The Intuitive Birth Worker Initiation Program is a sacred collaboration with Amira, Minister of Alkemy, who offers one-on-one sessions drawn from her uniquely crafted Transcendental Journey. Together, we guide you through an immersive 8-week initiation to awaken your ancestral wisdom and transform your lived experiences into the foundation of your sacred calling as an Intuitive Birth Worker. This is not just a training — it is a rite of passage. The program includes: Weekly live classes every Tuesday where we gather in community for deep learning, discussion, and spiritual alignment. Online homework assignments that support and expand on the weekly teachings, allowing you to integrate the work at your own pace throughout the week. By the end of the 8 weeks, you will be equipped and initiated to begin serving your community as a Minister of Childbirth, rooted in intuition, tradition, and personal transformation. Conception & Pregnancy / The Initiation Week 4. Aboriginal Birth Worker Methodology Week 5. Intuition Led Practice / Dietetics & Nutrition Week 6. Intuition Led Practice / Tending to the land & Traditional Medicine Week 7. Your Ministry in Birth Work / Big Mamma Energy Week 8. 4th Trimester / Postpartum Care Week 9. Breastfeeding / Ceremonies & Rituals in Birth Work Week 10. Closing Evaluations & Ancestral Qualifications Typically birth workers create and manage their own private practice or work in partnerships or collectives. Entrepreneurial skills and self-employment aspects of this calling are explored during the training, and peer group and mentoring support is offered during and after the weekly sessions end.
